We offer Group Meditation after Friday’s Mindful Movement and Yoga. During the meditation, we will explore various techniques and have time at the end to ask questions and if you like to, share experiences.

WHAT IS MEDITATION? Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training your awareness and cultivating truthful insights.
It is not turning off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment and recognize what hinders us from freedom to better understand these fluctuations. Practicing meditation to cultivate calm can help us repattern our reaction to thoughts, habits and behaviors.
