We are offering 3 opportunities to practice In Person: Mindful Movement and Yoga Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am will be offered as a hybrid yoga class throughout spring. We are thrilled to offer a workshop to Optimize Your Yoga Practice with guest teacher Jacob Tyson (PT, DPT) on Saturday April 30th, 1-3pm. In this workshop, Jacob will bring his background in physical therapy and expertise in the Feldenkrais method to offer strategies to optimize movement in our yoga practice and off the mat.
In the workshop you will get:
A blend of discussion and gentle movement lessons
Guidance from a physical therapist on spinal movements
An increased body awareness
Awareness of how posture and habits impact movement
